
ABOUT THE BAKER
Hello, my name is Alina Price, the baker and owner of Eena Beena's Gluten Free Bakery! I operate out of my cozy home kitchen in Canal Winchester, Ohio.
Starting out, I wanted EB's to capture the luscious, childlike desserts we all thought were so fun as a child. That's why I've named the bakery after my childhood nickname, "Eena Beena!"
As someone who loved baking as a kid, it became challenging when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2019. But I've been perfecting my Gluten Free baking skills ever since.
To better serve my customers, I also provide Dairy Free and Egg Free options (+ more) upon request!

I now require a 50% deposit to secure ALL orders.
Running a small business...
- comes with responsibility, liability, dilligent money delegation and so much more. By paying 50% of your order upfront, I can be ensured that my ingredient costs, lable hastle and kitchen hours are protected. It also lets me know you're a serious customer who means business! Your understanding is appreciated.

- Your deposit can be made via any of the payment methods listed, but most customers find it easiest to choose one of the virtual methods.
- Deposit MUST be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to pickup, or your order is void.
Refunds
If I truly underdeliver...
on your custom order, I am not going to wrong my customers by keeping their money. However, deposits are non-refundable.
Holiday Orders
For most holidays...
I book fast. Be sure to place a holiday order months prior to secure yourself an order slot!
Pickup at your selected time
If you're late...
OR early, your order is simply not guaranteed for that time. As a mom of a toddler with additional duties, I am not a storefront bakery and I don't have regular set business hours. So I can't always confirm you'll get your order if you don't show up at your booked time. However, I will always make every effort to get it to you at the soonest chance I get!
Pricing CAN change
IS subject to change...
Because of so many variables like inflation, ingredient cost changes, recipe changes, baking time (ect.) My pricing is subject to go up or down. But do not worry, I will NEVER change your order total after you're booked.
Custom Orders
Like art,
No two pieces are identical. When I ask for a photo reference for custom cakes, this is to help me give you an accurate quote, and make you happy with your cake! I can't get anything perfectly identical, and do not give refunds for this reason. (Unless I TRULY underdeliver. I'm all about doing right by my customers!)

Q: Your bakery is in your home?
A: Yep! EB's is currently ran out of our home. Everything is done in my kitchen from baking to packaging + labeling!
Q: How do you keep your home kitchen sanitary?
A: Just like any commercial kitchen, I follow standard food service protocols. Including covering/ updo-ing hair, wearing gloves when needed, and cleaning surfaces/sanitizing bakeware & utensils!
Q: There's no place for payment. How do I pay?

A: While the bakery is growing, I currently take cash, check, Cash App and Zelle payments only. Payments can be made in person or virtually AFTER your order has been placed and confirmed by me!
You can pay anytime between order confirmation and pickup/drop off. UNLESS the order is over $50.00. For these, a 50% deposit is required prior to order pickup/dropoff date.
Q: How do I know your products are truly Gluten Free?
A: My products are not "Certified Gluten Free" (You can't certify an in-home kitchen.) however, I use Gluten Free ingredients and I (The baker) have Celiac Disease. So I know the ins and outs of a clean kitchen, hidden gluten and cross-contamination! As always, feel free to contact me with more questions!
